Overview
"SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT." That turned out to be the most important phrase that ever crossed my mind. It saved my life. From the moment I suspected that something was different about my left breast, I began doing whatever it took to find out what that "something" was. For me, this was an epiphany.
Other women in the (Breast Care Center) have had epiphanies about breast cancer - about the myths they once believed, and the telling moments that alerted them to "do something" and thereby rescue themselves from possible disaster. These are their stories:
